Expedient service, clear communication and excellent online status tracking system which is very user friendly. IntoCash handled a dispute with a supplier (I was a private customer), did not respond to pleas for settling, in the end needed to be presented before a civil district court (kanton rechter) before it could be resolved, required very little additional effort from my side, except providing some additional information plus pre-payment.
